LANDMARK is a connected ecosystem of luxury retail, dining, offices and serviced apartments in the heart of Central, Hong Kong.
Yet its original tenant app felt anything but premium: static listings, clunky navigation and DAU below 3 %.
Our mission was to re-imagine the entire experience as a super-app—one place where tenants can book parking, order lunch, summon concierge services or spin a lucky-draw wheel while earning points for every interaction.

Low engagement – push notifications ignored; average session < 45 s.
Stalled F&B sales – lunchtime foot-traffic down 18 % YoY.
Fragmented journeys – parking, concierge and loyalty sat in separate microsites.
Internally, the operations team juggled 30 + APIs (weather, parking, POS, loyalty) without a coherent UX.
The redesigned LANDMARK super-app puts each tenant at the centre of a seamless, lifestyle-oriented journey. A quick, interest-based onboarding flow teaches the system a user’s tastes from day one, so the home feed can surface truly relevant dining offers, events and services.
Contextual “concierge cards” then anticipate daily needs—booking a parking space when the garage is filling up, suggesting an umbrella loan the second rain starts, or letting a user call a taxi straight from the alert. A points-based game loop, complete with daily-login streaks, digital stamp cards and luck-of-the-draw campaigns, turns everyday errands into rewarding micro-moments that keep engagement high.
All of this is wrapped in an elegant coffee-and-terracotta interface whose bottom-tab navigation cuts task time nearly in half, making luxury feel as effortless as a single tap.

By blending service design thinking with game-loop psychology, LANDMARK’s super-app turns routine errands into moments of delight—and hard metrics prove that happier tenants buy more coffee, stay longer and advocate louder.
The project sets a new benchmark for mixed-use property apps across Asia, demonstrating that luxury isn’t a look, it’s a friction-less journey.
